Operator. This site and service are operated by Clawnilab under the ClawniLab brand. For privacy or support requests, contact info@clawnilab.com.

What we collect. If you submit the free Instant Score form, we collect the landing page URL you submit and your email address. If you purchase the $49 Full Audit or $149 Deep Audit, Stripe collects your payment details (card, billing email, billing address) to process checkout; we receive your email address and order status from Stripe, not your card number. If analytics is enabled, we may also collect basic usage data about visits and page interactions.

Why we use it. We use this data to generate and deliver your score or audit by email, process payment for paid tiers, and improve the site and scoring methodology.

Legal basis. For prospects in Switzerland and the EU/EEA, we process this data mainly to take steps requested before entering into a contract (delivering the score or audit you asked for) and, where relevant, for our legitimate interest in operating and improving the service. Where you tick the consent box on the free Instant Score form, we rely on that consent to email you your score and related tips. Where consent is required for optional analytics or similar technologies, we rely on that consent.

Service providers. We use processors needed to run the business, such as our hosting provider, our email provider, our analytics provider (Plausible), and Stripe for payment processing. We do not sell personal data.

Retention. Free Instant Score submissions (URL, email) are kept only as long as reasonably needed to deliver the score and any related follow-up. Order records (email, tier purchased, payment status) are kept as long as legally or operationally required for accounting and support.

Your rights. You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data by emailing info@clawnilab.com. We will handle reasonable requests in line with applicable Swiss or EU rules.

Market scope. This V1 offer is aimed primarily at Switzerland and the European Union.
