Service Terms

Operator. These terms govern the Conversion Sprint service offered by Clawnilab under the ClawniLab brand. Questions can be sent to info@clawnilab.com.

Service scope. The Conversion Sprint is an async service focused on one priority landing page unless a wider scope is explicitly confirmed in writing.

Delivery model. The service is delivered async-first. Calls are not included by default. Delivery usually starts after we receive the required inputs and, where applicable, payment confirmation.

Client responsibilities. You must provide a valid page URL, enough business context to let us review the page properly, and timely feedback if your package includes revisions.

What is included. The sprint covers messaging, page structure, CTA logic, copy recommendations, and related conversion guidance. Design, development, implementation, traffic acquisition, and broader strategy work are only included if explicitly added.

Revisions. Any included revision rounds are limited to the package selected. Additional rounds or extra scope may require a separate quote.

Fees and payment. Prices are those shown on the page or otherwise confirmed in writing. Payment processing may be handled by a third-party payment provider.

Refunds. Refundable before the sprint starts. Once we've received your inputs and started the sprint, the purchase becomes non-refundable. If the initial delivery is clearly insufficient, we will revise it once at no extra cost within the sprint.

No performance guarantee. We aim to deliver a clearer and stronger conversion path, but we do not guarantee any specific increase in leads, revenue, or conversion rate.

Market scope. This V1 offer is aimed primarily at customers in Switzerland and the European Union.
